صدر ولودیمر زیلنسکی نے الزام عائد کیا ہے کہ روس نے ایک یوکرینی فوجی قیدی کا سر قلم کرکے ویڈیو جاری کی ہے جیسا ماضی میں داعش کرتی آئی ہے۔<\/div>\n

عالمی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہونے والی ایک ویڈیو میں دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ بظاہر روسی فوجی یوکرینی فوج کے ایک اسیر اہلکار کا سرقلم کر رہے ہیں۔<\/p>\n

جس سپاہی کا سر قلم کیا جا رہا ہے اس نے یوکرینی فوج کی طرح بازو پر زرد رنگ کا ایک بینڈ باندھا ہوا ہے اور سر قلم کرنے والوں کا حلیہ بھی بظاہر روسی فوج جیسا لگ رہا ہے۔<\/p>\n

روس کی جانب سے یوکرین کے اس الزام پر اور نہ ہی ویڈیو پر کوئی بیان سامنے آیا ہے تاہم ماضی میں روس نے یوکرین میں جنگی جرائم اور تشدد کے تمام الزامات کی تردید کی تھی۔<\/p>\n

تاحال ویڈیو کے درست اور اصلی ہونے کی تصدیق نہیں ہوسکی ہے۔<\/p>\n

دوسری جانب یوکرینی صدر ولودیمیر زیلنسکی نے ایک ویڈیو پیغام میں کہا کہ یہ ایک ایسی سفاکیت ہے جسے دنیا میں کوئی بھی نظر انداز نہیں کر سکتا۔ یہ درندے کتنی آسانی سے قتل کر دیتے ہیں۔<\/p>\n
