قوم سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے رانیل وکرما سنگھے کا کہنا تھا کہ معیشت ایک خطرناک صورتحال میں ہے، معیشت ایک خطرناک صورتحال میں ہے، آنے والے مہینوں میں مزید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔<\/p>\n

انہوں نے بتایا کہ ملک میں چودہ ضروری ادویات کی شدید قلت ہے، ادویات کے لیے فوری ادائیگیاں کرنے کی ضرورت ہے اور سرکاری تنخواہوں، ضروری اشیا کی ادائیگی کے لیے پیسے چھاپنا جاری رکھنا ہے، ان تمام امور کو ہنگامی طور پر انجام دینے کے لئے پچہتر ملین ڈالرز کی ضرورت ہے۔<\/p>\n

انہوں نے قوم کو خبردار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اگلے کچھ مہینے مشکل ترین ہوں گے، قوم کو قربانیاں دینے اور چیلنجز کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لیے خود کو تیار کرنا ہوگا۔<\/p>\n

رانیل وکرما سنگھے کا کہنا تھا کہ سری لنکن ایئر لائنز کی نجکاری کرنے کی تجویز ہے۔<\/p>\n
