ترجمان امریکی محکمہ خارجہ نیڈ پرائس کا کہنا ہے کہ طالبان شدت پسند تحریکوں سے دور رہے اور خواتین کے حقوق کا تحفظ کرے۔<\/p>\n

نیڈ پرائس کا کہنا ہے کہ اقتدار کی باضابطہ منتقلی تاحال نہیں ہوئی۔ امریکا افغانستان میں اقتدار کی باضابطہ منتقلی پر عالمی برادری کے ساتھ کام کر رہا ہے۔<\/p>\n
